I am letting everyone know about a wonderful Seminar happening in Delaware!
It is at the Museum Winterthur I am going to cut and paste the information below and call me if you have any questions or contact HSEAD there is a group in Dover going and
HSEAD Seminar at Winterthur schedule of events
General Information:
The date of it is August 2nd and 3rd.
Cost of the 2-day Seminatr / Conference is $90.00 per person (does not include your lunch – that is on your own). Registration fee check should be made payable to HSEAD and forwarded to HSEAD PO Box 30, Cooperstown, NY 13326; Deadline for reservations is Saturday, July 15, 2017. A list of hotels in the area of Winterthur has previously been provided. If you are staying at one of the local hotels, a great place to visit in the late afternoon and evening is Longwood Gardens (information provided in a precious email).

8:00 AM – Entry to the Brown Center open for HSEAD set up for the day: (Demonstrators: Check in at Guard Booth for directions to Brown Center)
*Demonstrators: Linda Brubaker – Country Painting on Tin
Polly Bartow: Stenciling on Tin and Wood
All others -- parking available at Welcome Center; proceed to Welcome Center and check in – they will direct you to the Brown Center for seminar to begin at 9:00 AM
9:00 AM – HSEAD Welcome and business
9:30 – 11:30 AM – Demonstrations by Linda Brubaker and Polly Bartow *(see above)
11:30 AM – 12:00 PM – Women’s Painted Crafts – presented by Winterthur’s Linda Eaton, John L. and Marjorie P. McGraw, Director of Collections and Textile Curator
12:00 PM – 1:30 PM – Lunch in Visitors Center Cafeteria (lunch is at your own expense – sit in the designated area for our HSEAD group)
1:30 PM – 4:00 PM – Group A: Specialized Tour of the House
Group B: Options for Garden Tram, Winterthur House Tour, Winterthur Library study, or free time (great gift shop)
