Mostly done with modifications & fab on this 1983 Shovelhead. S&S 93" shovelhead with Baker OD6 trans w kicker, modified for swingarm frame. Ultima Kingspoke wheels w Avon cobra tires, 23" & 16". 4 piston brakes, Corbin seat, Carillo pist ape bars, Paughco oil tank & Ho**ah exhaust. Frame up rebuild with all new components. Todo: chrome steel diamond primary modified for Ultima beltdrive, wiring and paint....

S&S G carb - .31 midrange .78 main, 95ci Twin Cam motor, S&S 570G cams, S&S adj pushrods, Jim's hydrosolid lifters. HD heads, S&S roller rocker arms, big valves and head porting by Hammer Performance. Utima wheels, RSD 6 speed transmission and 3 1/2" open belt drive. Chassis by Rusty Savage.

Say hello to Painless Pym Avery, she is working with us as our new docent. She will be at Blues and Tattoos convention today to present Announcements to a couple of Tattooists Hall of Fame recipients. Pym will be working on Artist bios and and public relations for the museum and hall of fame. If you see her, say hi.

Bob Shaw started tattooing with Bert Grimm in 1942. Except for a 3 year stint in the US Army, he tattooed in St Louis with Bert till 1949. Then in San Antonio Texas, then Biloxi MS and in 1958 he joined up with Col. Bill Todd in Tennesee and Kentucky. By 1964 he was back with Bert Grimm at the legendary Pike. That's just his first 22 years tattooing. #3 on Lyle Tuttles Tattoo Hall of Fame - a true Golden Age Master of Tattoo.
