All of Cavalier County has such a rich cafe culture to this day. As I was looking through old photos, I found one of Manson's Cafe in Langdon. After a search on the internet and the Langdon Centennial book I found a few more images. Does anyone remember eating here?

We are incredibly lucky to count Fred Hultstrand as a well known Cavalier county photographer. Often when looking through old photos of the area you will come across his work. His photos are typically very well composed and perfectly crisp even when he was shooting in dusty fields. Mr. Hultstrand operated his studio in Milton, ND.
