Yes, Doolittle Diner and Cafe will honor Aegis gift cards. The remaining balance on the card will be verified and converted to a Doolittle Diner and Cafe gift certificate. When will Doolittle Diner and Cafe open?
We are in the process of building our team and creating an awesome menu. We plan to be open early Spring!

Where will the Doolittle Dine and Cafe be located?
We will be at Aegis Coffee Roasters current location at Doolittle Station, with emphasis on the "50's Diner Car".

Will you still have our favorite Aegis drinks and food?
Yes, we will still be serving Aegis Coffee and the full line of espresso and other specialty drinks. As we develop our new menu, we will be sure to include your Aegis favorites!

Where can I get my bags of Aegis Coffee?
You can order bagged coffee at www.aegiscoffeeroasters.com. On the home page, select "SHOP" at the top, and then "Aegis Coffee Roasters". All of your favorite coffees are available. At checkout, you can choose to have the coffee shipped directly to you or pick up. For now, the pick-up location will be at the Angry Goat at Doolittle Station.

Is Doolittle DIner and Cafe hiring?

Introducing Doolittle Diner & Café — a full-service 50’s-inspired diner featuring a vintage rail car, classic comfort food, hand-spun milkshakes, and yes… the coffee you love.

Our final 2 drinks for February!! One of these took awhile to figure out but I think I got it! On the left we have Velvet Valentine - a red velvet latte with cream cheese cold foam. And ya know sometimes Valentines Day is just a day to celebrate you! So we have Just For Me Refresher: featured is a cranberry flavored refresher but you can choose your own flavor if you’d like! It’s for you so who cares!! 😏

On the left we have Strawberry Romance a chocolate and strawberry latte with chocolate cold foam and sprinkles.
On the right we have Love Potion, a white chocolate cherry chai with cherry cold foam. Both drinks were chosen by our customers! Look for our other 2 special drinks coming soon! Also chosen by our customers!

We are sorry to say that Aegis will be closed today due to staffing. We will be open again on Monday for Groundhog Day! We apologize that we have had a number of service interruptions recently. But, stay tuned for some exciting updates coming soon.
