Lima High School Closing Announced

"Last of the small Catholic high schools in the diocese of La Crosse closed this week. Durand commemcent exercises Monday for Sacred Heart high school, Lima, Bishop Frederick Freking announced classes would not reopen in next fall.

Lima high school now has some 600 alumni in Eau Galle, Arkansaw, Durand, Rock Falls, Mondovi, and Lima."
