We would like to make the announcement that effective May 4, we have closed The Country Framer framing operations. We have appreciated all of the new friends and business that we have made over the last thirteen years. It has come a time in our lives that we need to retire again. Alvina has plans to continue her glasswork and offer more classes for seasonal projects. We also will be open one or two days a month during special events going on in the downtown for those unique gifts that our store offers. Please keep following us on Facebook for our special events. As many of you already know, Mike has been hospitalized for the last three weeks. He is now home but with limited mobility. We have decided to keep the store closed. Open Studio starts this Saturday. Come and make your very own glass Christmas ornaments. Studio will be open from 10-2 pm for the next three Saturdays. I will help you create your designs out of colorful glass. Price will be based on a 6x6 inch square. All the glass you can fit in the square for $30. Your creations will be available for pickup the following week.
