May is getting ready to ship! I’m finding my rhythm for these mailings. I’m excited to welcome a few new subscribers this month!

Printing out labels ahead helps the process, but all I could think of was that it’s like Santa’s naughty and nice list! I know you’re all on the nice list!

But also. What a gift this is to me. This is joy and meaning for me. I’m thrilled to be a part of this positive and powerful movement.

May Affirmation Letters go out next week! Have a blessed and wonderful day!

April's Affirmation Letter was about noticing the quiet ways you're growing - the shifts so subtle you almost talk yourself out of claiming them.

And now May is right around the corner.

Next month's letter carries a different but deeply connected energy - it's about becoming.

About authenticity. About what happens when you actually let yourself be seen as the person all that quiet growth has been building.
It feels like a natural next step. April you notice. May you claim it.
I cannot wait to share May's package with you!

Do you know someone who tends to be hard on themselves?
Someone who keeps moving the goalpost, who doesn't pause long enough to see how far they've actually come?
April's Affirmation Letter was built around one simple, gentle idea - noticing your own growth, even when it's subtle.

Especially when it's subtle.

A gift subscription is a way of saying: I see how far you've come, even when you can't.
Reach out if you'd like to send one. I'd love to help you do that. 🌿

April subscribers received journal prompts along with their letter this month, and here's one I keep coming back to myself:
Where have you grown in a way that only you would know?

Not the growth other people can see. The internal kind. The private kind. The kind that lives in the gap between who you were and who you're quietly becoming.

If that question lands somewhere in you, Affirmation Letters might be exactly the kind of monthly ritual you've been looking for.
May subscriptions are open now. Link in bio. 💌

When I was putting together April's Affirmation Letter, I kept coming back to this idea.

We live in a culture that only counts the loud growth. The promotion. The finished project. The number on the scale. The thing you can post about.

But I've watched enough people and lived enough of my own life to know that the quietest shifts are often the deepest ones.
The moment you stopped shrinking in a room. The morning you woke up and the weight felt a little lighter. The way you're just... softer with yourself than you used to be.
April's letter and art print were made to hold space for exactly that. The growth that doesn't make noise.

Here's something I've been thinking about lately.
We're really good at noticing growth in nature. The first green pushing up through the dirt. A tree that somehow got taller over the winter. We look for it, we celebrate it.

✨But we almost never do that for ourselves.✨

So I want to ask you something - and I genuinely hope you'll answer in the comments:
What's one small way you've grown recently that you haven't given yourself credit for yet?
It doesn't have to be big. Actually, I hope it isn't. The subtle ones are the ones worth seeing. 💜

April's Affirmation Letter went out into the world this month, and I've been sitting with the theme ever since.

It's about growth. Not the dramatic kind - not the before-and-after, the big announcement, the visible transformation. The subtle kind. The kind that happens so quietly you almost miss it.

The way you handled something differently than you would have a year ago. The thought you let go of instead of holding onto. The small, brave thing you did that nobody else noticed.

That's growth too. Maybe that's the most real kind.
If you received April's letter, I hope it gave you a moment to see yourself a little more clearly. 🌿

Yesterday was LAUNCH day- no fooling!
I couldn't sleep. Excitement? Overthinking? Both, probably.
At 6am I got up anyway. Got dressed. On the road by 6:30 through rush hour. At the post office by 7 when they opened. The man behind the counter was grumpy. My letters got weighed anyway. And then they went into the mail.
My heart project is launched. ✉️💛
This is what I want you to remember: launches don't happen on perfect mornings. They happen when you get up anyway, get in the car anyway, and hand your dream to a stranger to mail.
Whatever you've been waiting to start — today is your day. Go mail your letters.
