Artist spotlight: Janet Riley, Bay Girl Designs, collects, slices and polishes local beach stones to make beautiful jewelry pieces that are truly a piece of the Cape. Artist spotlight: Vittoria Colonna Sault is an accomplished collage artist. Inspiration from her mother, Cape Cod folk artist Dorothy Colonna led to art school training and her own beautiful interpretations of life on the Cape.
Below: Large framed collage depicts an iconic summer tradition- concerts on the town green; Cape scenes include Martha's Vineyard Cottages, Clam Shack, Lobster Shack, and Bridal Cottage; Original watercolor bookmarks make your beach read extra special. Artist spotlight: Nick Zaremba
A former skateboarder, graphic artist Nick Zaremba has a freewheeling sensibility that is evident in his art. Fun, quirky, imaginative, his pieces bring a smile to your face. A common phrase heard more than once at his booth, "I don't know why, but I HAVE to have this!" We know why- Nick has tapped into a universal need to connect to our childhood imagination, something we all have in common. His pieces remind you on an instinctive level, "Don't forget to have fun! Don't forget who you really are!"
