Fun Friday – Join us for a LEGO Workshop! Build your very own trolley ornament to take home, enjoy a guided tour, and hop aboard for a trolley ride. Registration at www.ct-trolley.org

Saturday- Super Hero & Princess Day 11AM–3PM. Dress as your favorite hero or princess and enjoy surprise visits from real-life characters, perfect for photos and high-fives. Create your own mask or crown at our craft station and let Dazzle Day Face Painters give you a magical design. Then, take a trolley ride with period-dressed motormen and learn about our history. Explore the Visitor Center, browse the gift shop, and visit the Connecticut Fire Truck Museum—all included with admission. Tickets available at www.ct-trolley.org

Father's Day Behind-the-Scenes Tour Sunday, June 15th. Get an exclusive look at our restoration and maintenance projects—including the amazing 123-year-old Connecticut Company Car #3001! Go behind the scenes with a guided tour of the Fire Truck Museum’s ongoing work and explore parts of the museum grounds normally closed to the public.

Want to take the experience even further? Step behind the controls during our Mini Guest Motorman Experience—just $25! Operate a trolley under expert guidance and receive two commemorative pins celebrating our 85th and 75th anniversaries. Available at 10 AM and 1 PM—space is limited!

Throughout the day, enjoy trolley rides with period-dressed motormen, hear the fascinating stories behind each car, and learn about the museum’s beginnings. Inside the Visitor Center, check out historic trolley cars and artifacts, catch a trolley-themed film, and find the perfect keepsake in the gift shop.

Want to help preserve history with your own two hands? Join our Trolley Care Program and work alongside our Car Shop crew restoring our fleet of historic trolleys!

🗓 Dates: May 24, June 28, July 26, August 23 (4th Saturdays)
🕘 Time: 10 AM – 3 PM - one hour lunch break, food provide
👷 Led by: Shop Manager Phil Beard

No experience needed—just a love for trolleys, history, and learning something new!

🧤 Dress for the mess! This is hands-on work, so skip the Sunday Best and wear clothes you don’t mind getting dirty
