Well, friends, what a beautiful final chapter to the Mercantile Home story this has been. This month was more than we could have imagined. Seeing so many friendly faces from throughout the years, recounting all the wonderful memories we have made together, feeling soooooo much love heaped upon us…words can’t quite capture it. When we started Mercantile Home in our apartment 20 years ago, it was impossible to imagine all that we would create. Thank you for making this dream possible by taking our trinkets, curiosities, and critters into your homes and for being a part of every creative adventure we conjured up. And to all the members of the Merc Haus crew over the years…thank you for sharing your time, talents, and kind spirits with us. We hope Mercantile Home will always be remembered as a place where creativity ruled, happiness was the general vibe, and everyone was welcome to be a part of it.
