Have the urge to learn something new? On Tuesday June 9th at 6:30pm we’ll be teaching an introductory class on Sakè!

Guided tasting and introduction to Japanese sake led by Allen Perkins.

We’ll taste through a range of sake styles and quality levels while learning how sake is made, how to read labels, and what distinguishes premium bottlings from everyday examples.

Whether you are completely new to sake or already enjoy it, this tasting is designed to provide a practical understanding of the major categories and flavor profiles of Japan’s national beverage.

Welcome to the Eau Claire Red Burgundy Club.

A social club dedicated to exploring the world’s greatest Pinot Noir and building real-life friendships. The club is all about discovering the nuances.

The club is free to join. At each meeting, members simply decide whether they are IN or OUT on any of the red Burgundies opened throughout the evening. If you’re IN, you split the cost of that bottle with the other participants. If you’re OUT, you sit that wine out.
