Lynden Gallery now eatwellandbuymoreart www.lyndengallery.com http://lyndengallery.blogspot.com/ Lisa says of her work, "Adaptive reuse is my passion. Challenge your assumptions… live by design."

With over 25 years of professional experience in design, the proprietor, Lisa Clemens and her staff provide impeccable custom framing craftsmanship, a wide selection of original paintings, drawings and scupture by established, professional artists, and the design expertise to bring a look into your home or office that is uniquely yours. Reviving an old property, embracing its unique character and

quality craftsmanship, and enhancing it with sensible, efficient, functional design affords myriad benefits - from aesthetics and acoustics, to the reuse of durable materials not relegated to a landfill. Adding an adaptive reuse refrain in keeping with a property’s original passage, lends a timeless grace to a space, and working directly with fine artists and craftsmen affords creative inspiration at every turn. Lynden Gallery is located in a renovated Fire Hall - a loft above the gallery is our residence. Life under one roof allows for greater attention to client and family alike, and supports my passion for Downtown revitalization.

NED WERT Junctures, 8" x 8" oil on gallery wrap canvas, 2016

A Little bit O'Ned, I called it, the exhibition that unbeknownst to me turned out to be my last at Lynden Gallery.
As of the end of February 2017, I will be leaving the fine arts business to pursue adventures full time in Interior Design.
It is my hope another passionate art-loving soul will venture in where I left off, but if not, I'm happy to close the doors and remember those wonderful years. It was a privilege to be a part of the Downtown Elizabethtown community and the greater fine arts community. Many of the people I met will remain a part of my life, having developed deep and lasting friendships.
Fitting, it seems, the title of the painitng I chose for Ned's Private Collectors Reception.... Junctures....who knew?

Ned's most recent collection of paintings will be on display and for sale at the Lynden Gallery through the end of January.
Through the middle of February you will still find inventory for sale and the frame shop open for business.

More information can be found our on BLOG "eatwellandbuymoreart", and we'll post any news!

I’ve been offered a full-time position as Senior Interior Designer with Murphy Dittenhafer Architects in York and Baltimore, and will be leaving the Lynden Gallery. I am eager for the opportunities ahead and hoping to leave the gallery and/or frame shop in the hands of a new owner. Kindly address any interest to me, [email protected]. I’ve appreciated the patronage of a community of artists and collectors, customers and clients, friends and family who have have supported us since 2000. Thank you!
