Rest in peace, Michael Gray. 🕊️💔

The beloved actor, best known for playing Billy Batson in the classic 1970s television series Shazam!, has passed away at the age of 75.

Michael Gray became a familiar face to audiences as the young hero who transformed into Captain Marvel by saying “Shazam!” He also appeared as Jeff, Marcia Brady’s boyfriend, in The Brady Bunch, and later made appearances in Archer and the 2023 film Shazam! Fury of the Gods.

Rest in peace, Michael. Thank you for bringing Billy Batson to life and leaving behind a lasting legacy in television and superhero history. You will never be forgotten. 🕊️💙

Hello everyone 🤗 John Here!
Yesterday was Wonder Woman Day and I can't believe I didn't post this yesterday! I've been busy with a lot of different things here at the museum in preparation for our Halloween Event this Saturday.

Wonder Woman is one of my top 3 favorite Super Heroes! October 21st is the 85th anniversary of her first appearance in All-Star Comics #8 in 1941. She then has her 1st feature in Sensation Comics #1.

Created by William Moulton Marston and H.G. Peter. She is one of the longest running Super Heroes. Princess Diana from Themyscira has been voiced by Shannon Faron in Super Friends who has actually been to the Hall of Heroes Super Hero Museum . She has been voiced by many Amazing Women. Diana has also been played by, most notably, Linda Carter & Gal Gadot.

Her history is absolutely amazing. You should take some time and learn a little about this great Amazon.

My favorite Wonder Woman stories come from Gail Simone & Brian Azzarello.

Allen here and I wanted to share some behind the scenes pics of my trip in Toronto this week. I spent yesterday filming for season two of History's greatest picks. I will be on 6 episodes of the new season in 2027 and it looks like they will have me back for season 3 as well. Be sure to check out season one on Amazon prime it's a great show about pop culture and history. I'm honored to be one of the expert historians for the show. I appreciate Mike Wolfe from American pickers for recommending me for his new show.
Fun fact yesterday morning before we started filming my Facebook time hop showed it was 10 years ago that I worked on my first episode of American pickers what are the odds.
I will be spending the rest of the week exploring Toronto checking out comic shops, toy stores and breweries. I will be back in town in time for the 1st annual Hall of Heroes Halloween party on Saturday. Do you have your tickets yet?
