Whether you are looking to add a homemade touch your table, to make a gift for the holiday season, or even to learn a new skill, then this decorative yet functional twill bread tray workshop is for you! Join us at the Enfield Shaker Museum and basket maker Dona Nazarenko on November 7th for an all day workshop. Baskets will be woven using dyed and natural reed, with color choices available to make each basket uniquely yours! Hike into History this weekend on Saturday, October 24th, to the historic Smith Pond with the Enfield Shaker Museum and the The Upper Valley Land Trust! Come learn about UVLT, the Shakers in Enfield, and enjoy a day out in the woods. Meet at 9am at the Smith Pond Public Trail Head off Exit 15. We can't wait to see you!

This fall, we're feeling especially grateful to be part of a community where people are willing to share their time, their harvest, and their talents ❤️

A huge thank-you to both Sweetland Farm in Norwich, VT, and Riverview Farm in Plainfield, NH, for generously sharing their cut flowers with the Enfield Shaker Museum. And a big shout-out to our dedicated volunteers who rolled up their sleeves to glean blooms before the first frost this past weekend ❤️

Thanks to volunteers' hard work and the generosity of these two farms, we were able to harvest many beautiful flowers that will be dried, made into wreaths, and go toward supporting the Museum’s educational programs.

We hope you’ll join us in showing these farms some love and appreciation:
❤️ Visit Sweetland Farm's incredible farm store or join their Winter CSA to support their work!
❤️ Stop by Riverview for a variety of PYO opportunities and shop their Barn Store to find incredible local finds!
❤️ Or, even better, stop by the Norwich Farmers Market Saturday to support both farms and a breadth of local agriculture!

You're invited tonight at 7pm for an evening of art, conversation, and community at the Enfield Shaker Museum! Artists Tammi DeFelice and Tim Jennings will have their artwork on display through our historic Meeting Room while guests are invited to browse, admire, and purchase original pieces. A portion of every sale goes directly to benefit the Enfield Shaker Museum.

Enjoy an evening in the historic Great Stone Dwelling while exploring the artists’ work, mingling with fellow art lovers, and supporting the museum

With the incoming weather and dropping temperatures, our Garden Tours are now closed for the season. Thank you to everyone who came to visit our historic garden, and to our wonderful tour guides.
