We have skinners! Even better, several Eugene citizens have skinners! There is no network for trading with them yet, but we do have one participating business. We'll announce the names when we have at least twelve. In the meantime, any two people who agree to the transaction may use skinners like dollars right now. You just can't count on finding a party for the NEXT transaction... yet.
