Guest Artist Sandy Brown Jensen will be giving an Artist Talk about her work this Saturday, Jan 10 at 2:00 PM.
The presentation will take collectors and art lovers on a journey through Jensen’s lens and soul. From the serendipitous moment a raven flew into her life to the heart-pounding experience of photographing a grizzly bear in the wild, Jensen reveals the grit and grace behind her imagery. She will also discuss the meditative symbolism of the Bandon beach labyrinths and the evolving, ethereal concepts fueling her latest series, “Where Memories Softly Fall.”

“My work is about the intersection of memory and the eternal,” says Jensen. “Whether I am applying 24K gold leaf to a photograph or capturing the fleeting patterns in the sand, there is always a story waiting to be told.”
