2024 Family Reunion In Savannah, Ga

Hello Everyone,
Hello, my name is Jacqueline Butler Brown, and I am in the process of planning a joyous family reunion to be held Savannah, Georgia. The dates of the reunion for 2024 will be August 16th thru August 18th.
We will be staying in the Embassy Suites Savannah Airport, 145 W. Mulberry Blvd, Savannah, Ga., 31407. Please call 1-800EMBASSY to make your reservations under Butler Family Reunion (the cost of you room will be charged 48 hours before check-in).

If you must cancel you must call 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid cancellation or No-Show charge. I currently have 40 rooms reserved which consists of 30 double queen and 10 king size:
- The cost of the rooms will be $159.00 per night plus sales tax breakfast included
Everyone is responsible for their own reservation and must be made by July 22, 2024.
I will also be providing a layout of each day’s events along with the events planned. The events of the 3-day reunion will include the following:
- Friday: meet and greet at the hotel at 4pm
- Saturday:
o Breakfast (at hotel)
o Lunch provided (at Tybee Island Memorial Park at 511 Butler Avenue, Tybee Island and Beach which is 32 miles from the hotel). If you plan to go to the beach, please bring your gear.
o Dinner is the hotel along with a Western Party- please dress to impress
- Sunday: Farewell Breakfast
I am also asking that when you receive this packet, please mail the order form back ASAP which includes: the number of attendees, their names for badges, age at time of reunion along with your shirt size (please no exceptions). Please makes checks and/or money orders (preferred), no cash, if possible, payable to: Butler Family Reunion. Since majority of the events will occur at the hotel minus the Saturday at the beach, this will be mostly catered, and I have deadlines of when the money is due to the venue, so we must be diligent in sending the money on time. I also ask that you please send in a deposit of half due per person of your total price listed below for verification of attendance no later than March 1, 2024 (you have the option to pay the whole amount on this date). The remainder will be due June 1, 2024. The deadline is important to ensure that the right amount of food is ordered in the time required by the facility. This is to ensure that the food and accommodations are paid in a timely manner.
The cost of the reunion is as follows and everyone is required to pay the requested amount for attendance:
- Adults ages 17 and up= $80
- Teenagers ages 11-16= $60
- Children ages 4-10= $50 per child under the age of 10 years
- Children ages 3 years and under are free
o This will cover the cost of the t-shirt (no exceptions) and food.
