Heather Ridge Railroad

Heather Ridge Railroad HRRR is a garden railroad museum. We are open by appointment and on special occasions. The gardens are part of the Heather Ridge Trust Heather Ridge Railroad.

The railroad was formed in 2003 by MG Scott then in 2013 all equipment was donated to NWAHR a 501 (c)(3) organization. The railroad was started in California and moved to Arkansas in 2003. Originally started as a hobby of the founder who has a desire to share the enjoyment of the railroad with others through virtual tours, videos and photos. It is a perpetual project and always being updated. In a

ddition to the railroad there is a Koi Pond on site with a variety of water plants. In addition to virtual tours the railroad promotes railroad safety. Much of the equipment used on the railroad is no longer in production. The railroad mainly runs diesel type trains with freight and passenger cars. One steam locomotive runs on occasion.
