Welcome Brooke Auchincloss ( ) - the Takaezu Studio's newest ceramic resident!

Brooke's residency project is focused on an exploration of East Asian vase forms & contemporary finishes- blending the restrained elegance of imperial products with expressive, gestural, and atmospheric elements.

Countdown to the Winter Open House!

A shot of Toshiko's gas kiln - halfway loaded. This will be the kiln's 496th firing. Join us next Saturday from 11am to 6pm to see some finished results!
