🌟 Employee Spotlight: Meet Rob! 🌟

Meet Rob, our brilliant illustrator with a knack for turning complex ideas into visual masterpieces. Hailing from Pittsburgh with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, they joined IPI in 2021 after a stint in engineering consulting—and co-authoring a patent for a bike transmission. Talk about wheels of fortune! 🚴‍♂️✨

When not dazzling us with their technical artistry, Rob lifts weights, runs, hikes, and plays disc golf. He's also our resident chess champ, regularly engaging colleagues in lunchtime battles of wits. Checkmate! ♟️💡

Since joining IPI, Rob has become an AutoCAD wizard and gained insider knowledge of the USPTO patent process. He's even developed a custom software tool that's revolutionized our workflow. Who knew engineers could be such software ninjas? 🥋💻
