Did you have an amazing time at ? We sure did!

We witnessed over-the-top costumes, happy families trick-or-treating, members of our community overjoyed for the opportunity to connect in-person and multitudes of people bringing patronage to Wilton Manors’ businesses!

We wouldn’t have been able to host such a fun, safe event without the presenting sponsorship of Hunters Nightclub Wilton Manors and AIDS Healthcare Foundation and the other participating business sponsors. We’re so grateful for the partnership of the City of Wilton Manors.

We’re excited and thankful that so many in our community enjoyed the opportunity to meet the teams with the collaborating nonprofits that worked each entrance and helped raise funds for their groups: BrothasSpeak, Broward House, Covenant House Florida, The Dolphin Democrats, Gay Men's Chorus of South Florida, SAVE, South Florida Institute on Aging, Sunshine Cathedral and World AIDS Museum & Educational Center. Over 100 volunteers enabled this event to happen safely and efficiently.

Stigma is a Global Challenge.
HIV stigma refers to the negative attitudes, beliefs, and discrimination that people affected by HIV may experience. It involves social
disapproval, prejudice, marginalization, and stereotypes associated with HIV.

HIV Stigma Costs Lives
HIV stigma and discrimination have detrimental impacts on individuals and communities affected by HIV, by reinforcing social injustices and hindering access to prevention, testing, care, support, and other resources.

End HIV Stigma Now
The end of AIDS as a public health threat is near if we collectively take action to educate communities about prevention, treatment, and care while shifting perception to end HIV stigma. We have the tools and we must collectively work to create a world that supports people living with and affected by HIV that fosters community resilience and empowerment.
