A heartfelt thank‑you to the City of Fort Lupton for continuing to partner with the South Platte Valley Historical Society and for hosting the annual Pumpkin Fest at our park.
Your support helps us bring families, neighbors, and visitors together, and every year, this event fills our grounds with joy.
We’re always looking for new ways to welcome our community out to the park, and we’re grateful for partners who make that possible.

Colorado has its fair share of legends, mysteries, and things that go bump in the night — and we’re diving right in at our next SPVHS Membership Meeting.
Join us for an evening of Colorado ghost stories, local lore, and spine‑tingling tales from our state’s past. Members and community friends are welcome, so bring a neighbor and settle in for a fun night of storytelling at the park.

We can’t wait to share some history… and maybe a few chills.
