There is another joint meeting scheduled for this Thursday at 9 AM in the Riverwalk center. Please try to attend this meeting and help spread the word.

Head's Up #2: A revised Port Master Plan has been released. Click below link to view. The city and county have had joint conferences as to the long range plans for the port and surrounding areas. There is another joint meeting scheduled for this Thursday at 9 AM in the Riverwalk center. Please try to attend this meeting and help spread the word.
Please review carefully as Museum Pointe appears to be materially affected by new plans.

CORRECTION: on pages 88-89 under Key Features the map of Museum Pointe only lists the Aquarium as an existing structure. Please note that the REGIONAL HISTORY CENTER is also "existing" but is not identified on the document. For the record, the REGIONAL HISTORY CENTER is located in the same location it has occupied for the past 75+ years. The building is one of the last remaining structures from the World War 2 training base on south Hutchinson Island. You can't see it because it is covered by a large square with #5 which identifies it as a marina clubhouse, office space, Event Center & Restaurant Venue. So what happens to the museum/History Center? Please don't let these plans erase our rich history. https://slchalfcent.org/wp-content/uploads/2026/05/2026-Port-of-Fort-Pierce-Master-Plan-Reinvestment-Strategy.pdf
