Looking out or looking in? 🤔 in the reflection you can see a “Dutch winnowing barn”, an historic New World Dutch barn (primarily found in NY/NJ) built to process grain. Their signature design feature—opposed double doors—allowed farmers to generate a natural wind tunnel. This cross-breeze carried away the inedible chaff when workers tossed threshed grain into the air. This barn can be found at kiltsfarm.org in New York
