co-owner of Rum 138, LLC, a Mom and Pop business, rural out in the Country, destination that was home spun for the love of our Florida Springs and the Santa Fe River in North Florida.
Merrillee w/ Rum 138 Outfitters has been doing thw daily-weekly river reports when our customers called often to know how's the river level and do they need to drive an hour or more to do their paddling trip today?
Years ago, Merrillee began the "What's the river like today?" reports.

For over 20 years I have participated in local, state and federal governmental meetings where I can honestly say, I never saw the opposing candidate. I am research driven to understand issues of regional concern. I am able get to the source of the problem to better impact the outcome. I also understand the concepts of give and take, balance, and shared resources. The answers to community issues are often somewhere in the middle of a wide swinging pendulum. Those that speak up are sometimes considered fringe instigators, however they often set the balance.
It's my turn to get on the other side of the dais. I know what's broken, who can fix it, and the path to do so and in this respect my experience far outweighs that of the other candidate."
