Relaxed Glass was born out of the enjoyment of the owner, Kim Pavlik, to use glass bottles and repurpose them into plates, bowls, coasters, glasses, jewelry and whatever other item that happens by accident or on purpose! The shop is not only repurposing glass bottles, but also using special art glass, creating dishes, bowls, plates, platters, coasters, wall art, photographs embedded in glass, deco

rative tiles, and other artistic possibilities. Using special molds, fabricated by Kim, sheet glass can be shaped in 3-dimensions raising the glass to fit the mold. One idea is to make a "raised" shape in the glass, the other to "indent" the figure from the mold into the glass. The sample online shows a "reverse indentation" in the tile.
