Historic Ananias Pitsenbarger Farm The Farm is an 1840s German Appalachian homestead. 16 of the original 23 bldgs remain. Stop in for a tasting and tour.

Stiller Jeff is the 4rd distiller here, handcrafting apple and maple moonshine, apple pie liqueur, maple nectar. We are working on the restoration of the buildings and learning about using our bounty of historic and natural resources. In future, we hope to host learning events, mushroom forays, stargazing nights and music events. The Dry Run Spirits distillery overlooks the historic Pitsenbarger Farm. While you are charging up and after your tasting with Stiller Jeff, take a short walk down to the old homestead, just down the hill from the distillery. Enjoy the self-guided tour, and bring a picnic. It's easy to spend a couple of hours here.

So, we have another "barn kitty." I can't get very close, but there are 4 white feet, a white chest, very green eyes and one side of the face is more red, the other more gray. I suppose he would be called a grey calico? I don't want to appropriate anyone's cat, but I'd love it if he would stay around to eat some fat yummy mice! Does he belong to anybody?
