Local artist Kayla Woodhull is researching the demand for a fine-art supply store in the Fredericksburg area. Artists, educators, students, and other members of our creative community are invited to share their experiences and needs through this brief anonymous survey.

Step inside Dance, the August Member Gallery exhibition at FCCA.
In this artist conversation, Julio “Zee” Zorri Berrios shares the inspiration behind Dance, an exhibition exploring dance traditions and expressions from cultures around the world.
Zee talks about his own personal history with dance, his curiosity about the ways different cultures express themselves through movement, and the process he uses to translate the energy, rhythm, and movement of dance into his paintings.

Dance is on view throughout August at the Fredericksburg Center for the Creative Arts.

July 3rd First Friday welcomed artists and guests for the juror talk and awards presentations. The July exhibits are on view until July 31st, "Freedom & Color" in the FCCA Frederick Gallery and "My Edge of Reality" paintings by Pete Brown in the Members' Gallery. The public is invited to visit these "don't miss" exhibitions.
