Beginners Crochet with Jordyn started yesterday evening, and this group is off to a great start!

The class was introduced to pattern reading, learned a few different stitches, and got started making their first swatch.

On Thursday our students will start crocheting their first pattern, and by end of day Saturday everyone will leave with a finished headband!

The NCCA-Artsplace team would like to formally welcome Ellen!

Ellen is our summer intern this year, and is already doing great. She's feeling nostalgic from the classes she took here when she was a kid.

Ellen also took Graphic Design classes at the Newaygo County Career Tech Center.
