Free shuttle To Friars Point and the North Delta Museum at Friars Point today at 10:30 and 1:30. Museum docent onboard.

Plenty of room for walk ups! Museum admission is $5.
Can’t make the shuttle? Friars Point is a scenic 20 minute drive through the Delta to the banks of the Mississippi.

Locals tip: Take Friars Point Road all the way and plan a stop at Kenoy's -- "Home of the Famous Two-Fisted Burger" 🍔

Bus leaves two times at 10:30 and 1:30.
Museum admission $5.
Or just enjoy a free walk through the historic district of Friars Point.

It’s been said a visit to the North Delta Museum is like “crawling thru someone’s attic”.
We agree! (Pardon our dust 😉)
We have lots of OLD stuff including Pleistocene era fossils and bones, arrowheads and boat stones.

Open Mon-Fri 9-12 or by appointment.

Friars Point was a major shipping port for Cotton. The museum has artifacts relating to Steamboats on the Mississippi and local agriculture over the years including as this hand crank cotton gin.

Museum hours are Monday - Friday
9am-Noon or by appointment.
