Garrett Model Railroad Club

Garrett Model Railroad Club HO Scale Model Trains The HO scale model railroad layout occupies approximately 30 by 60 feet of the basement of the Garrett Historical Society Museum.

The layout has about 7 scale miles of track, which typically takes 20 minutes
for a train to complete a run around. Prototypical operations are duplicated with the aid of a computerized system (DCC) which controls the layout. Members meet on Thursday nights at 7:00 PM to work on the layout, operate trains, and discuss model railroading and railfanning.
