The utility bills due June 15, 2026, were delivered to the Post Office on June 1, 2026 (sorry for the late mailing had some printer issues, but we are all fixed now) If you ever DO NOT receive your bill by the 14th, PLEASE CONTACT GERALD CITY HALL or VIEW YOUR STATEMENT ONLINE to see your balance.
Gerald City Hall is not responsible for mail delivery. Any Late fees added will not be removed. If you have a concern with the delivery date of your bill, please contact USPS.
HOW TO REGISTER YOUR ACCOUNT ONLINE:
1. Go to https://customer.utilitybillingsystem.us/ #/login, or go to www.geraldmo.com and click on “Payment Options” on the home page, then “Pay Your Bill Now”.
2. In the Ampstun login screen, click “Register Account”.
3. Type in your Full Name as it appears on your bill (IN ALL CAPS). Then, type your 6-digit account number that is on your bill and continue. If you need to know any information for this screen, please feel free to call
4. Confirm that the information is correct, then create your account with your email and a password. After this is complete, you may log in.
5. To log in, please use your email as your username.
6. Then, under "Recent Statements", click "VIEW" to see the most current bill. If you would like to make a payment, please see the three lines at the top or the side panel to the left of your screen.
Then, click on “Make A Payment”. Here you can pay your bill.
7. If you would like to set up for Automatic Payments, that is also in the panel with the “Make A Payment” section.
8. If you would like to set up for paperless billing, go to “User Settings” in the panel with “Make A Payment” and “Automatic Payments”.

City of Gerald Bulk Trash Pick-Up!

It’s time for spring cleaning! Sw***er Sanitation and the City of Gerald are teaming up for our bi-annual Bulk Trash Pick-Up.

🗓 Canaan Road Residents: Monday, April 13, 2026
🗓 All Other Residents: Tuesday, April 14, 2026

⏰ Have all items curbside by 6:00 AM

🗑 Bulk Limits:
• 2 bulk items per household
• Maximum of 6 bags (not to exceed 30 lbs each)

✅ Accepted Items Include:
• Flooring (carpet/padding/linoleum – bundled & tied in max 4 ft lengths; 1 bundle = 1 item)
• Mattress/Box Spring (each piece counts as 1 item)
• Wooden pallets
• Toilets
• Sinks
• Metal items (each counts toward the 2-item limit and will be picked up by City of Gerald Public Works)

❌ NOT Accepted:
Construction/remodeling materials, hazardous materials (paint, cleaners, etc.), landscaping stones, roofing materials, soil, rocks, brush, tires, concrete, glass, and pull-out beds.

⚠️ Important:
Bulk trash pick-up applies ONLY to residents who use a polycart.
Commercial dumpsters are NOT eligible to participate in bulk trash pick-up.

The City of Gerald offers an emergency notification option for utility customers.

To receive emergency messages by text and/or email, your contact information must be accurate on your utility account. This system is managed through our utility billing software, so only customers with a utility account are able to receive notifications.

You can add or update your information by:
• Calling City Hall to update your phone number and email address
• Logging into the online customer portal, where you can also view and pay your utility bill

This service is free. Test messages are sent on the first business day of each quarter.

Please ensure your contact information is current and accurate to receive test messages and important emergency notifications.

UTV/ATV/Scooter/Golf Cart Permit Day – City of Gerald 🚨

It’s that time of year again! If you plan to drive your UTV, ATV, scooter, or golf cart on Gerald city streets, a city permit is required.

🗓 Permit Day: Saturday, March 7
⏰ Time: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
📍 Location: Gerald Legion Park (430 W. Fitzgerald Ave., Gerald, MO 63037)

Officers will be on-site to complete inspections and help you get permitted quickly and conveniently.

Please Bring:
• Your UTV, ATV, scooter, or golf cart ready for inspection
• Completed permit application/renewal form (Blank forms will be available as well)
• Valid driver’s license
• Copy of valid insurance for the vehicle
• Permit fee

Fees: CASH OR CHECK ONLY
• New Permit – $25
• Renewal – $15

Once your vehicle passes inspection, completed applications can be turned in, and permits will be valid through December 31, 2026.

If you’re unable to attend Permit Day, inspections can be scheduled through the Gerald Police Department.

It’s that time of year again! If you plan to drive your UTV, ATV, scooter, or golf cart on Gerald city streets, a city permit is required.
