Have you ever seen a 250th Anniversary egg? Neither have we, until our shipment came in from Germany!

We only have a handful of America’s Birthday eggs left. These were a complete surprise to us! Each one is beautifully handcrafted and uniquely different from the next.

Come stop by the museum to explore and grab one at the gift shop, or if you can’t make it, we can ship them! And if you’re looking for something a little different, let us know… we might just have exactly what you’re looking for!

One of the most exciting days of the year is here!

It truly feels like Christmas around here as we “unbox” our newest shipment of hand decorated eggs. We have some especially beautiful and unique designs this year, and we cannot wait for everyone to see them!

Be sure to stop by the museum. Look around and take your favorite egg home with you. Chicken eggs are $30 each. We also still have a few goose eggs available, with another shipment including more goose eggs arriving soon!

Reminder: The Texas Wendish Heritage Society Scholarship is open! 🎓

Applications must be fully completed and submitted by June 30 at 5:00 PM. No late submissions will be accepted. Please make sure all parts of your application are finished before the deadline.

This scholarship is open to all post-secondary education paths, including colleges, universities, trade schools, and professional schools.

We are using the same format as last year, with all documents uploaded directly into the application form.

Reminder:
• Applicants and their parents/guardians (if applicable) must be current TWHS members
• Memberships can be completed at www.texaswends.org
• Don’t forget to include your family tree (Ancestor Chart)
