Is that George Washington? No, even better, Georgia O’Keeffe!

We are field-testing the giant silhouettes that will be installed on campus this summer for our Walking With Giants project. The exhibition reflects on the 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence by highlighting influential American creators.

We are also looking for artists to submit portfolios for consideration to paint and design the surfaces of these giants.

The submission deadline has been extended to March 16, and $10,000 is available for selected designs.

Andi’s Chicago home burned down on New Year’s Day, and she and her family are now trying to figure out how to rebuild and move forward after losing not only their house, but also the many artworks and objects that made it their home.
