✨Jeanette Steele Esposito, an Ipswich-based artist best known for her work depicting abstract landscapes, has a plethora of amazing works on display now at BankGloucester from March 31 - May 29, 2026 with a reception held at BankGloucester on Saturday, April 18 from 10AM to 12PM. As of this week, Dave Kaphammer, North Shore-based painter and NSAA member, is showcasing several of his vibrant pastels at the Beauport Hotel, up through April 14, 2026. This gorgeous body of work features familiar scenes from the coastal towns along Boston’s North Shore, the grunginess of a boatyard, and the light dancing on the streets of his Salem neighborhood.

Dave Kaphammer seeks inspiration in light and shadow, especially the warm glow of low afternoon sun that brings drama, form, and emotion to his work. He is particularly drawn to the strength of trees, their reflections, and the striking blue shadows they cast on fresh snow. Kaphammer has studied with Jeanne Rosier Smith and other accomplished artists, and has taught classes and workshops while living in Salem, Massachusetts. He is a signature member of the Pastel Society of America, the Pastel Painters Society of Cape Cod, and the Copley Society of Art, an artist member of Rockport Art Association and the North Shore Art Association. He has achieved Master Circle status with the International Association of Pastel Societies.

Susan Drennan, Pennsylvania-based painter and NSAA member, has several of her gorgeous paintings on display at the Beauport Hotel, up through March 14, 2026. Susan Drennan is a landscape artist working primarily in oil, also exploring watercolor, pastel, acrylic, and clay, with a focus on capturing mood, light, and color in the natural world. Inspired by her grandmother’s art collection and encouraged by her high school teacher to pursue portraiture, she became a sought-after portrait artist before earning a BFA, Summa Cum Laude, with a minor in Curatorial Studies from several of Massachusetts' most prestigious art institutions. She has exhibited widely, has work in notable collections and exhibitions, supports charitable causes through her art, and currently teaches beginner oil painting in western Pennsylvania.
