Pictured are Mitzi Laughlin and Jan Moreland Laughlin holding the book written by Mitzi with research assistance by her Mother Jan. Mitzi believes the fallen should be remembered and she started with her "home base" and wrote the stories of 44 men and women from Mills County. The book is available in Goldthwaite Texas at the Mills County Historical Museum. Proceeds from the sale of the book at the museum go to the museum. Thank you Mitzi for your gift of this book to the museum and to Mills County Texas.
