If you come across a piece you want to purchase you can email or DM me, or visit my website at https://www.artbyheatherkrause.com or contact me through messenger, email, or my cell 701-620-0050 After high school I joined the Army. fell to the wayside with my busy schedule. It was almost 10 years before I picked up a brush again. My first painting was a water color of white lily. I had been a perfe

ctionist for so long with my art I'm learning to let go and after rediscovering my passion for art through fluid art or pour painting. I was diagnosed with a neurological disorder in 2009, (Spinocerebellar Ataxia type 2), or SCA2

Progressive and untreatable I've learned to appreciate the abilities I do have. I was led to fluid art through my need to adapt and find expression of art..through fluidity and movement, there's no pressure to stay within the lines, no brush or pencil. only selection of a color scheme and patience. if you like my one-of-a-kindwork and want updates on events and postings please, Follow, like and, share with others. Heather’s life-long passion and love for art as a hobby has evolved into a journey of self-discovery and a determination to pursue art as a full time business. Heather’s diagnosis with Spinocerebellar Ataxia inspired her to challenge herself to document her journey through her artistic expressions, with an emphasis on abstract and fluid art conveying color and emotion.

Beauty and life are progressive and changing ~ adaptation and evolution are evident in Heather’s art and expression.

Heather continues to adapt and develop her gifts as an artist through partnerships and mentorship with peer artists through participation in group and individual exhibits. Heather has developed a devout following and is an integral part of a local gathering of artists and veterans, Arts for Vets. Heather inspires and coaches others to be authentic and is an example to rise over adversity to be your best self. if you like my work and want updates on events and postings please, Follow, like and, share with others.
