As this weekend is the Memorial Day weekend, our Museum will be closed, Sunday - May 24th.

We have had the pleasure of hosting many a field trip of Grand Ledge Classrooms in recent weeks, we thank you for the interest and with sharing with the youth the history of our town. We hope everyone enjoyed their visit.

We have more coming up, and we hope they, too, enjoy their visit and have fun learning about their town.

We had a very good turnout for our Spring Cemetery walk featuring the mausoleum. Thank you to all participants.

Our Museum will be closed today so that all may participate in the Spring Cemetery walk focusing on the masoleum at Oakwood Cemetery, 3 PM. Hope to see you there!

Thank you to all that came to our Spring Purse Bingo, 2026. Thank you to our sponsors, and our volunteers - without whom we would have no Bingo!!! A good time was had by all, purse winner and door prize winners, snacks, laughs, all made for a successful evening.

If you're interested in becoming a member of the Grand Ledge Area Historical Society, attend an event - such as our Spring Cemetery Walk this Sunday, May 17th, you can sign up there! As a member you will receive our Newsletter full of facts and history about our town, you also help to fund the maintenance of our Museum on Lincoln St, your membership helps us to acquire items for future installments at the Museum as they pertain to Grand Ledge and it's full, vibrant history.
