We are very excited to announce our first music show at the iconic building that has seen many great shows, but this one is put on by us.
The show is Fall, In Love a celebration of peace, love, and inclusion.
The celebration opens at 3:00 PM with non-alcoholic social hour. Beaver Xing will greet guests on the street with live music, while dj danYELL sets a wellness-minded vibe inside. Guests can participate in literacy activities, calligraphy, and origami hosted by West Michigan Avid TypeWriters and Rachel Barnett.
At 4:00 PM, attendees take a quiet moment to read or join a Buddhist-led meditation by Daniel Hawkins. The main program begins at 4:30 PM with a welcome from Executive Director Bunny Monroe, followed by entertainment from the Grand Rapids’ own Ukaladies lead by Dianne Carroll Burdick, and Jeffrey Allen Magic. At 7:00 PM headliners Drew Nelson and Mark Stuart take stage.
Tickets are $20 at the door or can be purchased in advance at ladiesliterary.org. All proceeds from the FUNdraiser benefit The Ladies' Literary Club of Grand Rapids.
