We talk a lot about “energy” and “frequency,” but here’s the part I keep coming back to:

Your inner state matters. ✨

What you repeatedly think, where you place your attention, how you speak to yourself, the people you surround yourself with, and how regulated or overwhelmed your nervous system feels can all influence how you experience your life.

I also think it’s important to separate quantum physics from spiritual or metaphysical ideas. Not everything we call “frequency” in the wellness world is a scientifically proven law of quantum mechanics. Some of these concepts are better viewed as philosophies for reflection rather than scientific facts.

But the takeaway can still be powerful:

Get clear.
Practice gratitude.
Pay attention to your self-talk.
Care for your nervous system.
Take aligned action.
And release the need to control every single outcome.

Sometimes changing what’s happening within us changes how we show up for everything happening around us. 🌿

That intersection of sound, frequency, intention, rest, and nervous-system support is part of what makes the Harmonic Egg so fascinating to me.

💧 Hydration is part of the experience.

After every Harmonic Egg session, I offer SUPERIEUR electrolytes. It contains potassium, calcium and magnesium, with only 10 mg of sodium per serving, making it a gentler option for people who may not want or need a high-sodium electrolyte.

I also sell LMNT here at Harmonic Egg & Wellness GR, which has 1,000 mg of sodium per serving and happens to be the electrolyte I personally drink regularly.

So… what actually happens inside the Harmonic Egg? 🥚🎶✨

It’s one of my favorite questions because the Egg looks unusual, but the individual pieces behind the experience aren’t nearly as mysterious as they might seem.

Sound is vibration.
Light changes our sensory environment.
Music can influence how we experience stress and relaxation.
Comfortable positioning allows the body to rest.
Reducing outside stimulation gives your brain fewer things to process.

The Harmonic Egg brings all of those elements together inside one immersive, geometrically designed acoustic chamber.

And I think it’s important to separate what we know from what we’re still learning: there is research behind many of the individual components used in the experience, while research specifically on the Harmonic Egg itself is still developing.

What a cool night at Harmonic Egg & Wellness GR! 💛

This semester, I have the opportunity to work with students from Calvin University’s Marketing 301 class. I’ll have five groups of students working on five different projects, all centered around helping me explore ways to grow Harmonic Egg & Wellness GR.

Last night, they skipped their usual classroom and came to mine. 🥚😊

I shared the story of the business, explained what we do, talked about some of the opportunities and challenges that come with owning a small business, and then opened it up for questions.

This partnership is such a wonderful exchange. The students get real-world experience working with an actual small business, and I get fresh eyes, new ideas, research, and perspectives from a whole bunch of smart young marketers.

I’m really excited to see where they take this. Stay tuned because I have a feeling these students are going to teach ME a few things too. ❤️ Calvin University Ada Business Association
