The historical society is seeking a wool military jacket from any branch and era, including CCC Camps, to be repurposed into a unique purse by R Riveter. This one-of-a-kind piece will be added to our collection for the upcoming purse bingo event in September. If you have a woolen military uniform to donate, please contact or visit the historical society.

What is R Riveter? Inspired by Rosie the Riveter, this organization has evolved from a small attic-based initiative to a nationwide community. Founded in 2011 to support military spouses, R. Riveter embodies resilience, strength, and purpose, empowering thousands globally.
