Artisans on the Square proudly presents Where Our Wonder: The Art of Yera Kim and Her Students, featuring over a hundred paintings by more than 20 Korean students ranging from pre-K to adulthood.

The exhibit will be on display from September 19 to November 13, 2026. Everyone is invited to the opening reception Saturday, Sept. 19 from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Artisans on the Square, located in downtown Greenville GA, across from the Courthouse.

Yera Kim is a Korean artist based near Atlanta, Georgia. She holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Korean Painting from Pusan National University. Before relocating to the United States eight years ago, she built a strong artistic career in South Korea through a solo exhibition, numerous group shows, and notable art awards.

Yera works with traditional Korean watercolor pigments on mulberry paper (hanji), constructing layered visual depth through precise repetition and subtle color bleeding. While rooted in these traditional methods, she guides her students in exploring a wide range of mediums—including drawing, watercolor, and acrylics—at her studio in Newnan, GA.
