From the Director of our Greenville Railroad Park, Scott Wood.

“Jeff Conner and Cody have been doing a fantastic job repainting some of our rolling stock. The Wheeling caboose has been completely repainted and re-lettered. The roofs of the UP and Bessemer cabooses have been done. Yesterday Cody painted the top half of the engine and it looks spectacular, gleaming in the sunlight.

At the same time a group of volunteers from Bethal Life Church repainted the upper half of the flat car and all the wood trim on the main building.

The entire Park is looking really sharp. “

Saturday is opening day for the 2025 season at the Greenville Railroad Park. We've added lots of new displays in recent years so come and check us out. We're open weekends in May, Sept and October from 1:00 to 5:00. We're open every day but Monday in June, July and August, same hours.

Hey everybody this is the last week you can visit the Railroad Park. You can always walk through it but it will be closed up after this week and there will be no gift shop open. Remember there are lots of cool railroad gifts in the gift shop that you might want to get for Christmas so this would be a good time to get them now. Stop in and see what all you can find for the kiddos or for your railroad enthusiast.
