Unfortunately, the weather isn’t cooperating, and we’ve made the tough decision to cancel tomorrow’s Greer Ghost Tours.

As one of our biggest annual fundraisers, every tour counts toward keeping our local history alive. We’d love your support in helping us catch up this season!

🎟️ Reschedule your tour: Grab tickets for a date later this month at GreerHeritage.com/ghosts

History is best shared with passion! Our dedicated volunteers love giving tours, and we’re so grateful for the wonderful feedback from our guests.

"The history of Greer was carefully and passionately delivered"

"Both speakers were great and spoke with enthusiasm. I found it interesting Greer is only 100 years younger than the founding of our nation - did not know that!"

📍 Stop by and ask any volunteer for a free guided tour!

Of course, we still hope you'll join us at one of our many other tour times throughout October. Get your tickets at https://www.greerheritage.com/ghosts/

Then & Now: Looking up Emma Street, now known as Poinsett, the historic Greer First Baptist steeple dominates the view. Situated opposite today's sanctuary, it was once a visual centerpiece of Greer.

The original photo was taken from the roof of the Wood-Mendenhall Buggies, Wagons and Harnesses building. Which local spot should we feature next?
