Thank you for supporting our efforts this year to create The Nurses’ Inn and for supporting our page. The novel coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic of 2020 has shown to the world the importance of our frontline nurses and other allied health professionals.

If you are a nurse or related frontline worker, we want to say thank you for all you do. Your work is not forgotten.

If you’re like us, 2020 was a year of upheaval and uncertainty. Even though this was not the year we might have expected, we are more focused to complete our campaign in 2021 because now, more than ever, we should have a place to celebrate the tireless efforts our nurses and other frontline healthcare professionals.

There are many reasons why we want to create The Nurses’ Inn and Museum; however, in 2021 we really want to create a service center that will launch life-changing initiatives that will impact those who need our support the most through COVID-19 and beyond, particularly in underserved communities.

In 2021, we’re hoping to raise $2,021,000, which will go directly into renovating our historic building and creating much needed programs that will help people in need, from supporting individuals with cognitive disabilities, to providing assistance and therapy animals for law enforcement and other essential service workers, to programs that encourage young people to pursue careers in the sciences, math, engineering, nursing and allied health, as well as promote entrepreneurship.

To make our goal happen, we rely on the generosity of donors like you. Your gift, no matter what the amount, can impact the lives of youth and adults in mind, body and spirit, for successful careers and sound, productive lives of service and accomplishment.

You can give through our donation page, https://charity.gofundme.com/o/en/campaign/nursesinn. Your gift will make a big difference today, tomorrow and every day.

Again, thank you for supporting The Nurses’ Inn and Museum and supporting us with your gift. It’s a great way to celebrate hope for the future. We wish you a very happy and prosperous New Year.
