Installations for Open Air 2026 are underway! Mark your calendars for the opening reception for the outdoor sculpture exhibition on Thursday June 11 from 5-8 pm. The evening will include a closing reception for the regional artists exhibition, Seeing Into the Present, in the gallery. We hope you will join us to explore both exhibitions!

Is on view in Seeing Into the Present, an exhibition of artworks by thirty-five regional artists. The gallery is open this weekend from 12-4 pm.

Seek, Find, Search, Return, by Iris Yu is on view in Seeing Into the Present, an exhibition of regional artists.

Iris Yu, graduated from UConn this spring with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree. She is preparing for a solo exhibition this summer at 82 Parris in Portland Maine. Iris is an extremely talented young artist and we’re excited to see what she will create next!

The gallery, on the second floor of the Branford House is free and open to the public. It is open Thursday- Sunday, 12-4 pm.

Seeing into the Present, which features work by 35 regional artists from eastern Connecticut and southern
Rhode Island, is open Thursday through Sundays through June 7. There will be a closing reception on June 11 from 5-8 pm.

The gallery is excited to present joyous and beautiful artworks by the children of Expressiones Cultural Programs as part of the current exhibition Seeing Into the Present. The young artists worked with visiting artists from Expressiones AIR program to explore art making and creativity.

Plan your visit to the exhibition which also includes works by 35 regional artists in painting, photography, print, and installation. The gallery on the second floor of the Branford House is open Thursday-Friday 12-4 pm.
