JOB POSTING! The Guilford Keeping Society, a cornerstone of historical preservation and community heritage in Guilford, CT, is proud to announce the launch of its search for the organization’s first-ever Part-Time Executive Director.
As the organization enters an exciting new chapter, the Board of Directors is seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to build on The Guilford Keeping Society’s strong foundation and guide its continued growth, impact, and sustainability.
"The new Part-Time Executive Director will play a critical role in shaping the future of The Guilford Keeping Society," said Stephen Dudley, Board President. "We’re looking for someone who brings both passion for our mission and the strategic leadership to expand our reach and deepen our impact in the community."
The Part-Time Executive Director will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the organization’s two museums, The Thomas Griswold House and The Medad Stone Tavern, including strategic planning, fundraising, program development, volunteer leadership and external partnerships.
Key qualifications include:
· Proven experience in nonprofit leadership
· Strong fundraising and management skills
· Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities
