Bill's Whimsical Garden Turns Scrap into Abstract Art My name is Bill Rhodes and I'm a retired welder and current metal artist.

These days, I give a second life to scrap metal and other items people might consider "junk," which I leave on display in my garden and elsewhere in the Hamburg, PA region.
