Children's Storybook Garden & Museum We are a children's literature themed botanical garden, event space, and field trip destination

Our Vision: To create a beautiful children’s garden and museum in downtown Hanford easily accessible for all children of Kings County, as well as children and families visiting Hanford. We have a two-three year plan to create a children’s interactive farm museum and a series of eight beautiful and creative gardens of distinction. This grass roots community project will be an inclusive effort to rally the community together by helping to make this attraction a reality. We want to include volunteers and contributors from all areas of the Hanford and greater Hanford area, including our local elementary schools, middle schools, high schools, and colleges.

While making our composting container this morning, I showed the students what these little guys enjoy munching on. They liked interacting with them as much as they liked seeing the worms 🪱
