Also, please remember that is is against city and Fulton county ordinances to tie your dogs up to a tree or any other post unless you are present with them at all times. If you do not have a secure fenced in yard, you can construct a legal runner system for very little cost. If you need assistance, please ask us and we will come to your home to show you how it can be done.

Please remember that the grass/weed height limit in the city of Hapeville is only six inches so please keep your grass cut on a regular basis!! Thank you!!!

Please remember that there are violations out there that you see that the code officers may not see. If it isn't visible from the street but you perceive it as a nuisance, please do not hesitate to let us know about it!

On April 22, 2011, today, the Teaching Museum South and the Hapeville Elementary School is sponsoring a littering campaign called “Cool Cat’s Don’t Litter.” This is a campaign to help educate others about the importance of not littering and proper trash disposal. Join the community and get involved in helping keep Hapeville beautiful!!

Yard sales shall be allowed only on lots within the city containing a residence thereon and zoned for residential purposes or currently being used for residential purposes.

Yard Sale signs are only allowed in the yard where the sale is conducted. If signs are posted at other locations, you may be subject to fines if they are not removed.
